Every tax office in Poland announces the sale of seized assets on one portal, eLicytacje KAS. Keeping up with it means reading through several hundred announcements a day. This feed replaces that work with one file each morning. The file holds only new and changed announcements, narrowed to the categories, regions and price range you choose.
eLicytacje KAS is the Polish Ministry of Finance portal where tax offices announce the sale of seized movables and property by auction, direct sale or tender. Since 1 July 2026 it is the only place in Poland where such announcements are published. It gives starting prices, valuations and dates, and announcements are browsed there one at a time.
Another 425 announcements covered machinery, electronics and other movables. Starting prices added up to about PLN 118.7 million. 837 announcements were published in August and more than 1,000 in the first eleven days of September, as more offices move their announcements to the portal.
The CSV file arrives by e-mail. On request it can be written to a shared folder or to cloud storage instead. Field values stay in Polish, as the offices publish them.
The file contains what the office publishes. Data goes into the file as it stands on the official portal, with a link to the announcement. It is not enriched or corrected. If the portal is down, the missing announcements go into the next file.

From eLicytacje KAS, the portal run by the Polish Ministry of Finance. Since 1 July 2026 tax offices publish their enforcement and liquidation sales only there; the portal replaced the separate pages of the regional revenue chambers. Every record links to the original announcement.
No. Court bailiffs publish on a different service. This feed covers only sales run by tax offices.
Each morning a file arrives with the changes of the last day: new announcements, auctions that have started, and items sold. Every row says which kind of change it is. There is nothing to install or look after.
Yes. The filter is set once: categories (passenger cars only, or property only), regions, a starting-price threshold and the type of sale. For property, the description and valuation notices that an office publishes before it announces the auction are available too.
No. The portal does not publish them and the file does not contain them. The data describes the item, the price, the date and the office running the sale.
Yes. The portal keeps finished sales, so a sold item carries its final price next to the starting price and the valuation. The history of prices reached at tax-office auctions starts on 1 July 2026.
It is quoted per feed, because the number of announcements depends on the filter. The quote has a fixed monthly fee and a fee for the records delivered. Billing is monthly, with no fixed-term contract. A free one-day sample comes first and shows the real number of announcements for the chosen filter.
