Insolvency monitoring of Polish counterparties in KRZ and MSiG.
The insolvency or restructuring of a Polish counterparty is public from the day it is published, but finding out means checking two official sources, one company at a time. This service takes over that work. Your list of NIP or KRS numbers is checked in the National Debtor Register and in the Court and Commercial Gazette, and the report covers only new proceedings and announcements.
The register kept by the Polish Minister of Justice since 1 December 2021. It covers insolvency and restructuring proceedings opened from that date, and information on unsuccessful enforcement. For each entity it returns the case number, the type and status of the proceeding, the court and the role of the entity.
The official journal for the announcements the law requires: proceedings opened before KRZ existed, the opening of a liquidation, calls to creditors, mergers and divisions of companies. Each announcement has a gazette number, a publication date and a link to the official PDF issue.
You send the NIP or KRS numbers of your counterparties as a CSV or XLSX file.
The first check shows the proceedings already visible in both sources.
On the agreed cycle you receive a file that covers only new events.
Every check is reviewed. An incomplete check is repeated and marked in the report.
The report arrives by e-mail as a CSV file. On request it can be written to a shared folder or to cloud storage instead. Announcement texts stay in Polish, as published.
The report passes on what the registers say. It does not rate the counterparty. Data comes only from KRZ and MSiG and is passed on as published, with the case number and a link to the source. It is not enriched or interpreted. Assessing the risk stays with you.

A regular check of whether an insolvency or restructuring proceeding, or a liquidation announcement, has appeared for the companies you name. You send a list of NIP or KRS numbers. The list is checked in the National Debtor Register and in the Court and Commercial Gazette, and the report contains only new events.
KRZ covers proceedings opened from 1 December 2021. Cases that began earlier are still announced in MSiG, and so are the opening of a liquidation and calls to creditors, which KRZ does not hold. Checking one source alone leaves a gap.
You choose when you order: daily, weekly or monthly. For large lists where cost matters, weekly is usually enough. MSiG appears on business days.
No. The service covers companies and other entities identified by a NIP or KRS number. Proceedings against private individuals, consumer bankruptcy included, are not part of it.
Not always. The register also holds information about enforcement, including enforcement that has ended. That is why every record gives the type and status of the proceeding and the case number, and the report never presents an enforcement entry as an insolvency.
A short note that the list was checked and no new events appeared. Silence is never used to mean "no change".
It is quoted per list and depends on the number of entities and how often they are checked. The quote has a fixed monthly fee and a fee that depends on the number of entities checked. Billing is monthly, with no fixed-term contract. A free one-off check of a sample of your list comes first.
