Where OpenCorporates is the better tool
Breadth is not close. They cover jurisdictions we have never touched and are not planning to, and if your counterparties can be anywhere in the world we are not a substitute for that.
They offer bulk delivery. If you need to hold and analyse a whole jurisdiction rather than look companies up one at a time, an SFTP drop is the right shape and we do not have one.
