getregdata.com is an informational website for a suite of software tools - agent skills, an MCP server, and scraper actors - that help you access official, publicly available business-registry data. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Independence
getregdata is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government registry, authority, or any platform it references. Registry names, identifiers, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the sources the tools work with.
The actors run on Apify
The scraper actors are distributed and run on the Apify platform. Running them, billing, usage limits, and the handling of results are governed by Apify's terms of service and your agreement with Apify. We are the developer of these tools; we do not operate your runs or hold your results.
Managed data feeds billed by us
For some registries we offer a managed feed: we run the extraction on a schedule and deliver the results to you (for example by e-mail, to a shared folder, or to a storage bucket), and we bill you directly rather than through Apify. For these feeds the following applies in addition to the rest of these terms.
- What you get. The records the source register makes publicly available at the time of each run, in the fields described in your order. We do not add, verify, or correct register data.
- Timing. Deliveries are scheduled, not guaranteed. Registers publish, approve, and throttle on their own timetables; a run that stops early is continued by the next run, so a delivery can arrive later or be split across days. We do not warrant completeness or a fixed delivery time.
- Fees. A fixed monthly service fee, billed in advance, plus a per-record fee for records delivered in the previous month, billed in arrears - both as stated in your order. Records are counted as delivered when they appear in your delivery; records the register has not yet published are not billed.
- Term and cancellation. Month to month. You can cancel at any time; the feed stops at the end of the paid month and any records delivered until then are billed. Unless your order says otherwise, the service fee for the first month is refundable on request if the feed does not do what your order describes.
- Your use of the data. The data is public-record data. You may use it in your own business, including in marketing, subject to the laws that apply to you, such as data-protection and anti-spam rules. You must not present it as originating from us or from the register in a way that suggests endorsement.
- Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a managed feed is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months before the claim.
Public data and responsible use
The tools access information that is publicly available from official registers. You are responsible for using the tools, and any data you obtain, lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws - including data-protection rules and any applicable third-party terms. Do not use them for unlawful purposes.
No warranty
The website and tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Public registers change and can be temporarily unavailable, so we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the website or the tools.
