Every company incorporated in Spain is published in BORME, the official gazette of the Registro Mercantil - usually before commercial databases pick it up. We extract each day's new companies, with their registered address, purpose and capital, and send them to you as a file. A company registered today needs a bank, an accountant, insurance, software and suppliers tomorrow.
BORME (Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil) is the official gazette of Spain's commercial registry. Every incorporation, director appointment, capital change and dissolution of a Spanish company must be published in it. It appears every business day as a set of PDFs, one per province - which makes it complete and official, but not usable as a list until it is parsed.
Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga and Alicante carry the largest share of new companies. Every incorporation we measured carried its start date, corporate purpose, registered address and share capital.

On the two gazettes we measured before writing this page, 313 and 425 new companies, among 1,591 and 1,663 published acts in total. Volume varies by day and by season, and BORME does not publish on Sundays or national holidays.

No. BORME does not publish contact details, and we do not invent or append them. You get what the gazette publishes about the company: name, registered address, purpose, capital and the registry reference.
No. The standard feed is company-level: it describes the company, not the people behind it. That keeps the file free of personal data and simple to use under GDPR. The gazette does publish appointed directors, and the self-serve actor returns them if you run it yourself.
Nothing is lost. The next file picks up the missing day, and we are alerted to every failed run, so you do not have to check.
The records are public-register data about companies, and many clients use them for B2B prospecting. Direct marketing is still subject to the anti-spam and data-protection rules that apply to you.
