Where Topograph is the better tool
A KYB product, not only data. Search, onboard, verify and monitor in one API, with a fast prefill mode and a stricter verification mode, is a shape onboarding teams can use as it comes.
Documents. Extracts, articles and financial statements fetched from the source register, plus beta extraction of financial data from those PDFs, is a lane we do not serve.
Breadth. Their coverage spans 40+ countries, and the coverage page says plainly where shareholders and UBOs are returned and where they are not - a useful kind of honesty.
Where getregdata fits better
- →You need insolvency and debtor registers next to identity: Poland KRZ and MSiG, German insolvency announcements, the Austrian Ediktsdatei, the Czech ISIR and the Spanish concursal register.
- →Your work is in Poland and you need more than the company file - the debtor register by NIP, the court gazette, land and mortgage books, KRS board members by full name.
- →You want to see prices before you create an account, and to pay only per result.
- →You are building for an agent. Every registry is an MCP tool and an installable skill.
Does getregdata return official documents like Topograph?
No. Topograph fetches trade register extracts, articles and financial statements from the source register. We return structured data read from the register. For a Polish company, our KRS financial statements come back as balance-sheet and P&L fields, not as the filed document.
Which is better for Poland?
It depends on the question. Topograph reads KRS, CRBR, CEIDG, eKRS and REGON and returns documents. getregdata adds the debtor register (KRZ), the court gazette (MSiG) and the land and mortgage books, which matter for credit and insolvency checks.
How does pricing compare?
Topograph keeps its prices behind an account and serves them from a pricing endpoint. getregdata publishes per-result prices on its pricing page, from USD 0.007 per Polish beneficial-owner record.
Can I use both?
Yes. Use Topograph for documents and onboarding flows across many countries, and getregdata for insolvency registers and Central European depth on the same per-result model.
